This book was informative, but you really need to go to a class to get proper teaching and help starting.

This was a great 3 CD audio book set. Dr De Roos has some fantastic and simple concepts for you to consider in your real estate investment quest. No matter what level you are at (the more complicated parts you can listen to over and over) he makes all his ideas understandable. Being a NZer myself I thought he sounds a bit dry and has a monotone voice, but is a super smart character nonetheless and is worth listening to!

My personal opinion I really liked this book. For the beginning real estate investor there are many insights to the business. Roo's did a very good job on writing a informative book concerning the investment of a commercial endeavor. The only con to the book I can think of is the title page of "HOW TO BECOME RICH USING YOUR BANKER'S MONEY". After reading the book Roo's does not write much about this subject. Nevertheless, from the Rich Dad's Advisor Series this book is on the top of the list.

I really don't understand the 1 star reviews regarding this excellent book. Makes me wonder if this reviewer just has a personal issue with RTK and his people. I have yet to read any articulate comments---just wrathing, anger and outrage. Sort of like listening to democrat hopefuls.
That being said, I found Real Estate Riches a excellent real estate book. There is technical information in this book. No it is not a large book, I believe that Dolf wanted this book to be different and left out information that is already in other books. Why repeat it here? I think RTK and Dolf were smart in sticking with this format.
I am looking for new information, not just the same information that has already been covered in a dozen or so books.
This book is excellent. If you fail to see the value of Real Estate Riches, then you probably won't see the value in real estate investing either.
Good book. Highly recommended. Thank you Dolf and RTK. Looking forward to your next foray.
